La Maison de l'Arlot

In the Côte d'Or region, 2 kilometres south of Nuits-Saint-Georges, in Premeaux-Prissey, La Maison de l'Arlot offers an exceptional accommodation experience in the heart of a wine estate.
We invite you to discover our property 'le Domaine de l'Arlot' by staying in our gîte bordered by the vines of the Clos de l'Arlot.

This detached, fully renovated house combines modern comfort with authentic charm.
French ceilings, solid oak, and Burgundy stone create a warm and typically Burgundian atmosphere.

Ideally located between Dijon and Beaune, La Maison de l'Arlot will allow you to explore a multitude of activities, such as cultural visits and beautiful hikes in the surrounding area, taste our wines* and discover the preserved natural setting of our vineyard.

Accommodation

Outside, you can park your vehicle safely in the designated space.

An outdoor area with garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the view of the 'source de l'Arlot' (Arlot spring).

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and tableware, including wine and champagne glasses for your festive moments.

In the living room, you will have a comfortable sofa (convertible into a 140 cm bed), a low table ideal for your aperitifs, and a dining table.

Upstairs, the bedroom features a dressing area, a Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), a bathroom with an Italian shower, and toilet.
For your comfort, bed and bath linens (Carré Blanc), as well as Caudalie welcome products, are provided.

Finally, the terrace will allow you to fully enjoy the natural setting, overlooking the vines of Clos de l'Arlot.
